Located at 918 Congress, Austin, Texas, our upscale bar is the cornerstone of our mission. Since 2017, we’ve been serving the central Texas community with premium alcohol-free cocktails, proving that socializing can be vibrant and enjoyable without alcohol.
Sans Bar Academy
Committed to empowering individuals who share our vision, Sans Bar Academy offers a structured 10-week course. This program equips aspiring entrepreneurs to establish their own non-alcoholic bottle shops, bars, or become influential figures in the burgeoning world of alcohol-free living. To date, we’ve facilitated the launch of over 40 successful startups in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Sans Bar Academy Awards
Held annually each fall, the Sans Bar Academy Awards is North America’s first publicly-voted ceremony honoring innovation and leadership solely in the non-alcoholic space.
Each year, finalists across 10 categories are selected based on votes from over 2,000 non-alcoholic beverage enthusiasts—not industry insiders.
The ceremony also includes the induction of two leaders into the Non-Alcoholic Hall of Fame, recognizing individuals whose work has made a lasting impact on the NA community.
The 2025 inductees are Laura Silverman and Derek Brown.
